Qualifications

• Exposure to Microsoft Office and Microsoft Azure a plus.
• Ability to work onsite in Ann Arbor.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues.

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve client problems.
• Escalate complex issues when needed.
• Document all support activities in the ticketing system.
