Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting Windows-based networks.
• Strong communication skills able to explain technical issues clearly.
• Ability to maintain client relationships and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain virtualization platforms, SQL Servers, web servers, and backup systems.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot networks, computers, and peripherals.
• Monitor system performance, security logs, and backups.
