Nutex Health is seeking an IT Help Desk Specialist to serve as a key front-line IT resource for company employees and hospital-based users in Houston. You will handle calls, emails, and service tickets, providing remote troubleshooting and device provisioning according to IT procedures.

The role emphasizes customer-focused support, clear communication, and adherence to escalation paths. A+ and Network+ certifications are valued, with AD experience strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of professional IT support in a Microsoft-based environment with AD.
• Experience imaging and deploying Microsoft OS in AD environments.
• Strong hardware troubleshooting for printers, PCs, and scanners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees and hospital-based users by phone or email.
• Perform remote troubleshooting and diagnostic questioning.
• Provision devices and user accounts per IT procedures.
• Document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in service tickets.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT resources.
• Share feedback and improvements for support workflows.
