Job summary

Integra Mission Critical seeks an IT Help Desk Technician in Houston to assist customers with hardware and software issues. The role involves remote and in-person support, guiding users through configuration and troubleshooting to resolve problems efficiently.

Responsibilities include incident response, device imaging, documentation, and collaborating with cybersecurity on tooling. Candidates should have Windows expertise and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Familiar with basic networking and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to tech inquiries via email, chat, phone or in person.
• Provide user support by researching, troubleshooting and maintaining workstations.
• Assist in implementing ConnectWise Manage and control solutions.
• Work with Cybersecurity team to maintain and rollout tools.
• Prepare new devices or reimage existing devices (roughly 3 or fewer per week).
• Maintain inventory of devices in our tracking system.
• Document solutions and create client-facing training materials.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfied service.
