You will troubleshoot, document issues, install, modify and repair computer systems, and manage ticketing. A+/Net+ is preferred; onsite role with benefits and potential full-time conversion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance.
• Perform remote troubleshooting and diagnose issues based on user details.
• Provide accurate information on business-related products/services.
• Document customer issues in the ticketing system.
• Walk customers through problem-solving steps.
• Follow up to ensure issues are resolved.
• Install, modify and repair computer hardware and software.
• Manage the internal help desk application and communicate status to end users.
