Job summary

TEKsystems in Denver, CO is seeking a Jr to Mid level IT Support Technician to provide over-the-phone, remote, and desk-side help for hardware, software, and mobile devices.

The contract-to-hire role requires a High School Diploma and 1–3 years in a help desk or IT support role; CompTIA A+ or Network+ is preferred. Pay is $20.00–$25.00 per hour with onsite work in the Denver area. You will escalate complex issues, document resolutions in ServiceNow, and support workstation imaging and Office 365.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 1–3 years in a professional Help Desk or IT Support role preferred.
• CompTIA A+, Network+ certifications are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Document, track, and resolve issues including password resets, user setups, app support, hardware troubleshooting, and imaging.
• Escalate Level 2+ issues to senior technicians or appropriate support groups.
• Maintain knowledge of core technologies (networking, telephony, OS, hardware, security).
• Assist with ticketing systems and follow established guidelines.
