Job summary

SystImmune invites an IT Help Desk Technician to join our Princeton, NJ office, providing frontline support for local employees and escalating complex issues to the IT team. You will resolve hardware, software, and network problems and assist with onboarding and imaging of devices.

You will work onsite full time, collaborating with security-minded teams to deploy equipment, configure accounts, and maintain accurate records in the help desk system while delivering responsive and professional

Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent practical experience.
1–2 years of hands-on IT help desk or desktop support experience.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requests with initiative.
Experience with Windows troubleshooting and macOS/iOS/Android support.

Responsibilities

Serve as first point of contact for Princeton employees during local office hours.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic networking on PCs, printers, monitors, peripherals, and conference room devices.
Configure and deploy laptops, monitors, docking stations, and other equipment per security standards.
Assist with onboarding, account provisioning, and imaging of devices.
Maintain local IT equipment inventory and document actions in the help desk system.
