CSI Companies is seeking a hands-on Help Desk Representative to support onsite IT operations in New Castle, PA. This contract role requires commuting to hospital facilities and providing rapid desktop and user support.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot hardware and software, assist with device deployment, and deliver strong customer service while maintaining professionalism in a healthcare setting. This is an immediate start with a 12-month assignment through October 16, 2027.

Formación

• Local to New Castle, PA and able to commute daily.
• Experience in Help Desk, Desktop Support, IT Support, or Technical Support.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Active Directory experience preferred.

This is a fully onsite contract opportunity with an immediate start and an expected assignment through October 16 2027 ( 12 month contract)

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on desktop and technical support to end users
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and workstation issues
• Assist with device setup, deployment, and installation
• Support password resets and user access requests
• Resolve technical issues in a professional and timely manner
• Deliver excellent customer service to hospital staff

Requirements:

• Local to the New Castle, PA area and able to commute daily
• Strong computer and technical troubleshooting skills
• Experience in Help Desk, Desktop Support, IT Support, or Technical Support
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Experience with Active Directory is highly preferred
