Qualifications

• 1–2 years of help desk or desktop support experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office and Windows environments.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory: user and group management.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond to and resolve help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems.
• Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts in Active Directory.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
• Assist users with password resets and access requests.
• Document issues, resolutions, and procedures in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams as needed.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities including account setup.
