Interim Support Specialist

Minnetonka, MN – Onsite

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Help Desk Support Specialist. This role is responsible for providing technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and ensuring a positive support experience. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of help desk experience and a strong foundation in Microsoft technologies and Active Directory.

Worksite Location: Minnetonka, MN - Onsite

Hourly Rate: $25-28 DOE

Roles & Responsibilities

• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with DocuSign.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT service management best practices.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 administration is a plus.
