Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field preferred.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software, especially Microsoft stack.
• Experience with IT helpdesk software and documenting processes.
• Willingness to travel to Minnesota offices as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT assistance to AMG staff on a regular basis.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions.
• Document processes and monitor performance metrics.
• Travel to other Minnesota offices for IT duties as needed.
