AOI is seeking a customer-oriented and technically proficient IT Help Desk Specialist to join our on-site IT infrastructure team. You will be the first line of support for internal technical issues, managing user accounts, and keeping our Sugar Land workspace running smoothly.

This role is ideal for an entry-level to mid-level IT professional who enjoys hands-on problem solving and collaborating face-to-face with colleagues to resolve daily roadblocks.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years IT help desk or desktop support experience.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS and Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
• AD/Entra ID account admin tasks and password resets.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, customer-focused on-site support to employees.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows laptops/desktops and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook/Teams/Excel).
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Handle tickets from intake to resolution or escalation.
• Prepare workstations for new hires (devices, monitors, docking stations, phones).
• Troubleshoot basic network issues (Wi-Fi, VPN) and coordinate with IT.
