Job summary

Alliedonesource is seeking an IT Support Specialist to serve as the frontline resource for end-user assistance, handling tickets and troubleshooting Windows and Microsoft 365 issues. You’ll keep laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals running smoothly in a collaborative team with defined processes.

This role offers hands-on exposure to endpoint management, access support, and ongoing process improvements, with a focus on clear documentation and security practices.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in help desk, service desk, desktop support, or IT support.
• Strong troubleshooting across Windows PCs, peripherals, printing, connectivity, and MS 365 apps.
• Professional customer support with clear communication.
• Solid ticket documentation of steps, outcomes, and next actions.
• Comfort with standard procedures for access requests and security.

Responsibilities

• Be the frontline resource for end-user support by handling tickets.
• Troubleshoot Windows and Microsoft 365 issues.
• Maintain laptops, desktops, printers and peripherals.
