Job summary

BC Tech Pro is seeking an intermediate-level technician to repair a range of technology products in an end-user computing environment. This is a full-time onsite role with benefits including Health, Dental, Vision and a 401k.

You will troubleshoot PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets and printers; provide VIP client support; handle IMAC tasks; desk-side service; and ensure high customer satisfaction. Strong communication and ITIL familiarity are valued; A+ is desirable.

Qualifications

• Typically requires technical school certification or equivalent of 2-4 years of relevant experience.
• Maintains OEM certifications as directed by management.
• Knowledge of relevant software and hardware systems.
• Understanding of ITIL methodologies.
• A+ certification is desired.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic and moderately complex troubleshooting and repair activities in an end-user environment (PCs/desktops/laptops/tablets/printers).
• Provides support to client identified VIPs.
• Responds to change management requests including installing new PC equipment and desk-side support.
• Performs IMAC activities.
• Delivers desk-side support and maintains professional service standards.
• Communicates status and repair estimates to end-users and service desk.
• Adheres to documented service operations policies and procedures.
