Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and repairing IT equipment including printers, plotters, and POS systems.
• Basic networking concepts and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Strong communication with customers and documentation of issues.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain printers, plotters, kiosks, POS systems, computers, peripherals, and IT equipment.
• Configure and troubleshoot network devices and connectivity, including routers and switches.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support and maintain service records with accuracy.
