Job summary

Experis Technology Group is seeking a Break Fix Printer Technician to join our field services team in Monterey, CA. You will provide on-site hardware break/fix support for HP PC Products customers, diagnosing printer and related hardware issues and restoring service in fast-paced environments.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on repair experience, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Onsite, customer-facing experience with strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Technical/mechanical hardware repair experience with aptitude for learning new technology.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site break/fix support for HP PC Products customers.
• Diagnose and repair printer hardware and related components.
• Configure hardware and software to restore service.
• Manage multiple service events and prioritize tasks.
• Support escalation processes and document actions.
