Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an IT Field Support Technician to join the Field Services team in Seattle, WA. You will provide on-site break/fix support for HP PC and printer products, configure hardware/software, and troubleshoot unit-level issues to restore customer operations.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on repair experience, and excellent communication with customers on-site. This role offers a competitive hourly pay range and benefits through ManpowerGroup.

Qualifications

• Onsite customer-facing experience and strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written).
• Technical/mechanical hardware repair experience with aptitude for learning new technology.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, including comfort with tools and alignment apparatus.
• Ability to logically troubleshoot hardware problems on printers and, when needed, networks and switches.
• Ability to balance and prioritize multiple activities with attention to detail and accurate administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site break/fix support for HP PC and printer products, including laptops, desktops, RPOS, and workstations.
• Configure hardware, software, and simple network components to resolve service events and restore customer operations.
• Diagnose and repair unit-level issues using systematic technical troubleshooting methods, with printer knowledge a plus.
• Manage multiple service events by prioritizing tasks quickly while meeting contractual commitments and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with escalation personnel and assist in technical action plans to remediate PC/print issues and drive customer satisfaction.
