Job summary

BCforward is seeking a customer facing HP PC/Printer field break/fix technician based in Seattle for a 24-month contract. You will diagnose, repair, and install PCs and printers on-site, working closely with HP and customer teams to ensure service excellence.

The role requires hands-on hardware repair experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Overtime and physical work are required.

Qualifications

• Onsite customer facing experience required.
• Technical/mechanical hardware repair experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide field break/fix service for HP PC/Printer products onsite at customer locations.
• Configure hardware and software components, perform installs, unit repairs, and escalation coordination.
• Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to customer satisfaction and contractual commitments.
