Job summary

Objective Partners is seeking an Field Service / Systems Support Specialist to perform onsite field service and systems support starting in New York City. The role will relocate to Florida after onboarding, serving as a key onsite technology resource.

You will troubleshoot Windows and Mac environments, support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, and assist with basic network and AV tasks while collaborating with multiple teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of desktop support, field service, or end-user technology support experience.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting with Windows and macOS.
• Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace.
• Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Experience with printers, mobile devices, peripherals, conference rooms, AV, or onsite tech.
• Comfortable onsite in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Florida after NYC onboarding.
• Dependable and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite field service and systems support.
• Support Windows and Mac laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals, and conferencing tech.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, authentication, and access issues.
• Support Microsoft 365 and/or Google Workspace.
• Perform basic network troubleshooting: Wi-Fi, DHCP/DNS, switches, and connectivity.
• Assist with device deployments, imaging, moves, adds, changes, and setups.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, networking, security, and application teams.
• Learn NYC environment and relay knowledge to Florida operations.
• Document common issues, fixes, site details, and escalation paths.
• Own problems through resolution and communicate with users and team.
