Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT support, field services, or related infrastructure.
• Strong Windows troubleshooting and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP.
• Experience supporting Windows 11 and macOS.
• Hardware deployment, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service and documentation skills.
• Ability to travel frequently and provide after-hours support.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support across multiple locations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve desktop, server, network, and infrastructure issues.
• Install, configure, and support PCs, Macs, servers, and peripherals.
• Support Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Windows Server environments.
• Conduct onsite technology assessments and recommend improvements.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Document solutions and support activities.
