Job summary

AMG Tech Support is seeking skilled, field-based technicians to support a growing national client base. The role involves OS installs, hardware diagnostics, and structured cabling across diverse sites, not just desk tasks.

You will work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments, maintaining professionalism and client relations. On-call availability and travel within the territory are required for success.

Qualifications

• 1 year of I.T. or Telecom field experience required.
• Must hold A+ or Network+ certification, or equivalent.
• Own a basic toolset for IT/network tasks and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Install OS, diagnose hardware, and set up software.
• Perform structured cabling and telecom work at sites.
• Work independently across retail, medical, restaurant, and corporate environments.
• Maintain professionalism with clients and be on-call within territory.
