Job summary

ManpowerGroup, through its Experis brand, is seeking an IT Field Support Tech to join the Field Services & Infrastructure team in Carrollton, TX. This role is 100% onsite with extensive travel across the US.

You will deploy, configure, and support IT equipment at practice locations and HQ, perform onsite PC/Mac refreshes, and coordinate rollouts and relocations. Strong Windows Server/AD/GP and networking skills required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT onsite/field support experience across multiple locations.
• Strong Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policy experience.
• Solid networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and device support.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, configure, and support IT equipment at practice locations and HQ.
• Perform onsite PC/Mac installs and refreshes following standards.
• Coordinate rollouts, relocations, and decommissions across sites.
• Provide Tier 3 support for complex hardware, software, and infra issues.
• Support Windows Server and virtual infrastructure, including AD, DNS, DHCP.
