Raas Infotek LTD is seeking a Field Service Operator (FSO) to provide on-site end-user IT support in Hendersonville, NC. The role emphasizes IMACD tasks, imaging Windows and MacOS devices, Active Directory, and SCCM-based software deployment.

You will handle after-hours on-call support, travel to nearby sites, and document incidents in ServiceNow to ensure quick resolutions with minimal user downtime.

Strong communication, safety, and ability to lift 50 lbs are required.

Qualifications

• Experience performing IMACD tasks on desktops, laptops, printers, and phones.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows OS, AD/GPO, and SCCM.
• Ability to work on-call during evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Perform IMACD services as required at customer sites.
• Setup and configure end-user devices and peripherals.
• Document work events in ServiceNow and verify customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams to minimize downtime.
