Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Richmond, VA, seeks an Engineer to provide high-touch IT support for C‑Suite executives, executive assistants, and leadership. You will manage laptops, mobile devices, and collaboration tools, while ensuring secure access via VPN/MFA and directory services.

Role requires on-site, remote, and travel support, with strong communication and discretion in a high-visibility environment.

Qualifications

Extensive corporate IT deskside support experience in an enterprise environment.
Executive and VIP support experience for C‑Suite leaders and assistants.
Strong Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint expertise.
Hands-on with Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and Webex meeting platforms.
Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), VPN, MFA, and identity management.
Experience with MDM solutions (Intune) and mobile device troubleshooting.
Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
Hardware deployment, imaging, asset lifecycle management, and refreshes.
High-touch, on-demand support in executive offices and boardrooms.
Ability to support hybrid meetings and executive events with professionalism.

Responsibilities

Provide white-glove IT support to C‑Suite executives and executive assistants.
Serve as primary contact and escalation point for executive technology issues.
Resolve hardware, software, mobility, networking, and collaboration tool issues.
Offer onsite, remote, and travel support for executive users.
Configure and maintain executive laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Manage executive spare device inventory and rapid replacements.
Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and enterprise collaboration tools.
Record incidents and service requests in ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM tool.
Monitor conference room AV equipment for maximum uptime and satisfaction.
Ensure confidentiality and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
