Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT Desktop Support/Associate Systems Admin in Overland Park, KS. The role focuses on resolving IT tickets and driving project tasks in a production environment.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of system administration experience, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and hands-on experience with Azure, Office 365, AD/Entra, VMware/Hyper-V, Jira, Dynamics, networking, and Veeam. This is an onsite position reporting to the IT Manager.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of system administration experience in production environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with Azure (AVD, VMs, VNets), Office 365, AD/Entra, VMware/Hyper-V, Jira, Dynamics, Cisco/Fortinet, and Veeam is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and resolve tickets for IT systems.
• Manage and implement project-related tasks.
• Maintain and configure cloud services, virtualization, and networking equipment.
