Valar Atomics is seeking a versatile IT Engineer to support users and infrastructure across a mixed Mac, Windows, and mobile environment. This onsite role blends hands-on help desk work with Tier 2 systems administration and network troubleshooting.

You will be the primary onsite resource in Orangeville, Utah, partnering with cross‑functional teams to keep devices, identities, and cloud services secure and productive.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of IT support, systems administration, or related role.
• Hands-on experience supporting macOS and Windows endpoints.
• Experience with Intune and Addigy and/or Jamf.
• Experience supporting iOS and Android devices in managed environments.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and AWS GovCloud.
• Tier 2 network troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with Outlook/M365 and Microsoft Authenticator.
• Experience with hardware and software asset management.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Orangeville, Utah.

Responsabilités

• Provide Tier 1 and 2 support for macOS and Windows laptops, including hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Support iOS and Android devices, including enrollment and troubleshooting.
• Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Manage user MFA setup and issues with Microsoft Authenticator.
• Onboard and offboard users, including provisioning and access removal.
• Light administer Microsoft Intune for Windows and mobile device management.
• Light administer Addigy and/or Jamf for macOS management.
• Manage identities and access policies in Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
• Support resources in Microsoft Azure and AWS GovCloud environments.
• Perform Tier 2 systems administration tasks including patching, backups, and monitoring.
