Job summary

Carvana is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk professional for full-time on-site support in Utah. You will travel up to 60% to deploy and maintain desktop, server, network, and AV systems at Carvana locations, while handling end-user support for PC and Mac environments.

Responsibilities include documenting solutions in Jira, monitoring performance, and ensuring security and SLA targets. A strong Windows AD/Server background and Meraki experience are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Advanced skills administering Windows Server, Active Directory, DHCP and other network services.
• Advanced skills in Windows OS and ability to create and push images.
• Knowledge of Mac OS X and iOS/Android device support.
• Experience with Meraki Security Appliances and VOIP/IP Phones.
• Experience supporting G-Suite and Office 365.
• Experience with AV equipment and conference room tech.

Responsibilities

• Travel up to 60% to set up and support new and existing Carvana locations (desktop, server, network, security surveillance, AV).
• Respond to IT issues from both PC and Mac users and communicate with stakeholders.
• Configure and maintain networked computer systems for availability, reliability and security.
• Document solutions and share with the team; monitor system performance and SLA compliance.
• Participate in hardware refresh projects and on-call rotations as needed.
