Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a PC technician in a large user environment.
• Proficient in Windows, MS Office, OneDrive and Teams.
• Experience with remote troubleshooting.
• Experience with Networking and Active Directory.
• Experience with Terminal Servers or VMware.
• Hardware and peripherals knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure PC hardware, software and peripherals.
• Provide Sr Management/Executive support.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Install and configure operating systems including Windows, Unix, and Linux.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10 issues for common software and hardware problems.
• Troubleshoot network and systems connectivity (routers, switches, circuits, servers, wireless).
