Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of PC, desktop, or field support experience.
• Hands‑on experience with PC hardware installation, configuration, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
• Working knowledge of Mac OS and iOS support.
• Experience with PC imaging, SCCM, or workstation deployments.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and user account administration.
• Experience with network printers, HP printer configuration, consumable replacements, and equipment moves.
• Experience with IT ticketing systems and asset management.
• Strong customer service, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite desktop and field support, including installation, repair, maintenance, and upgrades of PCs, laptops, and peripheral equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.
• Configure and deploy new desktops and laptops using imaging tools, SCCM, and standalone installation methods.
• Support Windows and Mac operating systems, iOS devices, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Install, configure, relocate, and maintain network printers, including HP printers and consumable replacements.
• Perform IT asset management, equipment tracking, inventory updates, and ticket documentation.
• Assist with software and hardware installations, including remote installation and support.
• Provide walk‑up technical support and assist end users with equipment operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to the appropriate support teams.
• Identify recurring technical issues and assist with documenting problem trends.Lift and transport IT equipment weighing up to 40 lbs.
