This role focuses on end-user hardware, OS, printers, and rapid on-site issue resolution to support patient care and clinical operations. You will perform IMAC activities, device deployments, asset tracking, and escalation coordination with the Service Desk, providing hands-on deskside support to clinicians, researchers, and staff, including after-hours on-call

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Field Support or Onsite IT Operations.
• Experience supporting enterprise or healthcare environments preferred.
• Willingness to travel within assigned field region.
• Flexibility for after hours or emergency support when required.
• Adherence to organizational security and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite deskside support for clinicians, nurses, researchers, and staff.
• Resolve hardware, OS, and peripheral issues that cannot be remediated remotely.
• Coordinate IMAC lifecycle activities (Install, Move, Add, Change).
• Perform device deployments, refreshes, onboarding and workstation setup.
• Ensure asset tracking and lifecycle updates are accurate.
• Assist with incident resolution and escalation to resolver teams.
