Shrive Technologies LLC is seeking an IT Deskside Support Engineer to provide hands-on IT support at client sites in the Pittsburgh area. This role combines onsite and field-based responsibilities with travel within a ~30-mile radius and after-hours support as required.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of deskside or field IT experience, familiarity with Windows desktops, printers, basic networking, and ServiceNow or comparable ITSM tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Deskside IT Support or field IT operations.
• Experience in enterprise or healthcare environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside IT support at client sites.
• Coordinate remote and on-site troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
• Travel within assigned field region (~30 miles) to support endpoints.
• Be available for after-hours or emergency support as needed.
• Adhere to security and safety policies.
