Job summary

Shrive Technologies LLC in the United States (Allegheny County, Wexford) is seeking an IT Deskside Support Engineer to deliver onsite and field-based IT support. You will handle desktops, laptops, peripherals, and basic networking while coordinating remote assistance and on-site visits within a ~30‑mile radius.

The role requires 4+ years in deskside or field IT support, with healthcare environment experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Deskside IT Support, Field Support or Onsite IT Operations.
• Experience supporting enterprise or healthcare environments preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with Windows desktops and laptops, peripherals and printers, basic networking, and remote support coordination tools.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (preferably ServiceNow).
• Ability to lift and move IT equipment.
• Willingness to travel within assigned field region.
• Flexibility for after-hours or emergency support when required.
• Adherence to organizational security and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide deskside and field IT support to enterprise and healthcare sites.
• Coordinate remote and onsite issue resolution and follow-up.
• Support Windows desktops, laptops, peripherals, and printers.
• Assist with IT equipment setup, maintenance and basic networking tasks.
• Adhere to IT security and safety policies and procedures.
