Job summary

Danta Technologies is seeking an IT Deskside Support Engineer to deliver hands-on, onsite technical support in healthcare facilities, ensuring device reliability, end-user productivity, and zero disruption to clinical operations.

Candidates should have 4+ years of deskside/onsite experience, strong Windows and peripheral skills, and familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow). The role is onsite in Wexford, PA with travel within the field region and after-hours support as needed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of deskside or onsite IT support experience.
• Healthcare or enterprise environments preferred.
• Proficient with Windows desktops/laptops, printers, and basic networking.
• Experience with ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow.

Responsibilities

• Resolve onsite desk-side incidents and deployments.
• Provide hands-on support for clinicians, staff, and researchers.
• Troubleshoot hardware, OS, and peripheral issues that cannot be remediated remotely.
• Coordinate IMAC lifecycle activities and ensure security baselines.
