Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited in New York seeks an IT Deskside Support Engineer to deliver hands-on onsite Windows and server related support in healthcare facilities, ensuring device reliability, end-user productivity, and zero disruption to clinical operations.

The role acts as a critical extension of healthcare IT operations, performing onsite incident resolution, IMAC activities, hardware and peripheral support, data closet interventions, and strict adherence to safety, access, and privacy

Qualifications

Experience in onsite IT support for Windows desktops and peripherals.
Familiarity with ServiceNow asset and ticketing processes.
Ability to work independently onsite in clinical environments.

Responsibilities

Onsite Deskside & Field Incident Resolution for clinicians and staff.
Perform IMAC lifecycle activities (Install, Move, Add, Change) and device setup.
Provide hardware and peripheral support including printers and docking stations.
Execute data closet tasks and coordinate with remote IT teams.
Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy, safety, and security protocols.
Document actions and asset movements in ServiceNow for auditability.
