Job summary

HCL Technologies Limited is seeking an IT Deskside Support Engineer in Pennsylvania to provide hands-on, onsite technical support for healthcare facilities. You will resolve hardware, OS, and peripheral issues that cannot be remediated remotely, ensuring uptime and patient care continuity.

You will also perform IMAC lifecycle activities, asset management in ServiceNow, and collaborate with Infrastructure, Network, and Security teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on support for Windows devices, peripherals, and printers.
• Familiarity with corporate ITSM processes and ticketing.
• Ability to operate in healthcare and clinical environments.

Responsibilities

• Resolve onsite hardware, OS, and peripheral issues escalated from the Service Desk.
• Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) lifecycle activities and device deployments.
• Coordinate with clinical staff for device setup and onboarding.
