Qualifications

• Significant desktop support experience with Windows OS.
• Ability to work onsite in Longmont, CO and support 24/7 on-call schedule.
• Experience handling peripherals, printers and networking devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform information systems design, development, and analysis across multiple technical domains.
• Support hardware and software configurations in a dynamic IT environment.
• Interface with customers, IT management, and vendors to represent the IT support organization.
• Be available for a 24x7 on-call rotation and travel as needed.
