Insight Global in Indianapolis, IN is seeking an IT Deployment Technician to install and deploy hardware across user sites. You will set up desktops, monitors, copiers, label printers, dashboards and other IT equipment, and perform staging and initial testing to confirm readiness.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of deployment experience, strong communication, reliable work ethic, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years minimum of deployment experience.
• Great communication.
• Strong work ethic - dependable and punctual.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Steel toed or composite shoes.

Responsabilités

• Deploy and install hardware including desktops, monitors, copiers, label printers, dashboards, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Unbox, Stage, and Deploy all relevant equipment
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues during deployment
• Ensure proper setup and functionality of all equipment
• Assist in post-go live testing and support
