Job summary

Zones is seeking a Hardware Deployment Technician for an on-site, 6+ month assignment in Columbus, OH. Pay is $27/hr with a schedule that may flex earlier or later as needed.

The role involves device setup, software installation via SCCM, desktop and peripheral connections, and printer mapping. A+ certification or equivalent experience is preferred; a 10-panel drug screen and TB test are required.

Qualifications

• A+ Certification or equivalent experience required.
• Candidates may undergo a 10-panel drug screen and TB test.
• Vax/immunization documentation required.

Responsibilities

• Device Setup and Management: work with Windows desktops/laptops with base image.
• Device Replacement and Peripheral Connection: swap old devices and connect peripherals.
• Software and Printer Installation: ensure network connectivity and use SCCM to install apps; map printers.
• Issue Resolution and Escalation: escalate issues to onsite lead technician.
• Asset Management: return old devices to asset cage and coordinate with location lead.
