Job summary

360 Smart Networks is seeking a Deployment / Field Engineer to execute onsite installations, hardware deployments, network implementations, and field service activities with a strong focus on customer experience.

You will work in an MSP environment, performing hands-on deployments, troubleshooting, and documenting all steps. Travel to client sites is required, and experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows deployments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in field services, IT deployments, technical support, or managed services.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, networking, and endpoint deployments.
• Experience using ticketing and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite technology deployments, hardware installations, replacements, and technical service work.
• Configure and install workstations, networking equipment, and related technology solutions.
• Complete projects according to scope, schedule, and quality standards.
• Document work performed, equipment installed, issues identified, and recommended next steps.
• Maintain accurate time tracking and service documentation.
• Troubleshoot and elevate technical issues when necessary.
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams.
