Job summary

Proactive Technology Group is seeking a technical, hands-on engineer to support infrastructure deployments, client implementations, and network improvements for our managed client base. The role involves executing technical project work, resolving escalated issues, and deploying client environments with minimal disruption.

Qualifications

• Hands-on background in systems administration and network engineering.
• Experience with Windows servers, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and related business systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute infrastructure and systems implementation tasks across client environments.
• Deploy, configure, and support Windows servers, Microsoft 365 environments, Active Directory, and related business systems.
• Document work and findings in ticketing and documentation systems.
• Configure and troubleshoot VLANs, firewalls, switches, and wireless networks across client sites.
• Travel onsite to client locations for implementation work and remediation of IT issues.
• Provide escalated technical support and assist with after-hours maintenance windows.
