Job summary

Resolution Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Network & Desktop Field Engineer who will be the hands-on technical contact at client sites.

This highly mobile role combines hardware, software, and cloud management with a strong emphasis on minimizing downtime and clear communication while adhering to travel schedules. You will install and image hardware, deploy endpoints, manage AD and Intune, troubleshoot Exchange/M365, and document service activities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on desktop field support or related endpoint engineering.
• Experience with hardware deployment and network concepts.
• Strong Windows OS troubleshooting and MS 365 admin issues.

Responsibilities

• Onsite hardware & infrastructure support at client sites.
• Provision, image, and deploy hardware using endpoint tools.
• Configure physical network cabling, routers, switches and site infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and manage Active Directory, Intune and M365 services.
