Job summary

E Logic seeks an IT Coordinator to support the Department of Energy's Naval Reactors Laboratory Field Office (NRLFO) Mission Support Division in Scoville, ID. This on-site role handles IT provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, ticket resolution, and knowledgebase maintenance.

You will coordinate with NR IT and Prime Contractor staff, manage hardware/software inventories, track tickets to SLA, and ensure security and safety policies are followed; U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum four years relevant experience.
• Project Management experience.
• DOE L clearance eligibility; U.S. Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support across multiple locations and coordinate with site personnel.
• On-board and off-board IT actions for employees.
• Maintain the NRLFO hardware/software knowledgebase and assist in ticket resolution.
