Vision IT is seeking an experienced IT Coordinator to support a potential contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Naval Reactors Laboratory Field Office (NRLFO) Mission Support Division at the Idaho Branch Office, located at NRF.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of IT experience.
• Demonstrated project coordination experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT coordination and customer service to DOE/NNSA program staff.
• Coordinate and track IT issues through established support channels.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and asset management.
• Develop documentation, policies, and SOPs for IT processes.
• Maintain knowledgebase and assist with telecommunications and collaboration tech.
