Job summary

C3EL is seeking an IT Coordinator to provide on-site IT support to Naval Reactors Laboratory Field Office personnel at the Idaho Branch Office, NRF. This role focuses on hands-on IT support, asset and software coordination, ticket management, and IT process improvement.

Responsibilities include coordinating with site IT teams, onboarding/offboarding, maintaining knowledge base, tracking asset delivery, software configuration, and resolving connectivity issues. Candidates should be U.S.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DOE L clearance.
• Experience in project management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct IT support and coordinate with site IT organizations.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain hardware/software knowledgebase information.
• Coordinate asset delivery, tracking, installation, documentation, and refresh activities.
• Support software installation and configuration.
• Troubleshoot connectivity and non-enterprise system issues.
• Monitor Remedy tickets and drive resolution within SLAs.
• Identify recurring IT problems and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support voice, data, video conferencing, telephony, and related technologies.
• Track IT projects and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Provide weekly management status briefings.
