- 5+ years in IT operations or IT business partnering in manufacturing.
- Strong project and stakeholder management with executive-facing communication.
- Hands-on IT background across networking, infrastructure, endpoints, and production tech.
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems and cybersecurity initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary IT leader bridging manufacturing leadership with global IT.
- Manage IT demand, prioritize initiatives, and coordinate across service owners.
- Oversee budgeting, vendor relationships, and IT roadmaps for site growth.
- Support shop-floor technology and production equipment.
