Job summary

Cinter Career Services, LLC is recruiting for an IT Service Delivery Manager – Manufacturing Operations Support in Greensboro, NC. This onsite contract-to-hire role focuses on delivering IT services to manufacturing operations and aligning IT with production schedules.

You will manage MOM/MES applications (Siemens Opcenter), lead incident and change management, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams. Strong leadership and stakeholder skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
2+ years IT operations or IT service management in manufacturing environments.
Experience with MOM/MES applications, Siemens Opcenter preferred.
Experience leading technical support teams and service-improvement initiatives.
Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes.
Experience with ticket management systems and Microsoft Office.
Understanding of application lifecycle management and DevOps practices.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
Strong organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
Experience working in global or cross-cultural environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead IT service delivery for manufacturing operations, supporting MOM/MES applications.
Serve as the primary IT contact for plant operations, aligning IT with production schedules and SLAs.
Manage incident, problem, change, and release processes while improving service metrics.
Coordinate updates, patches, releases, and integrations with vendors and internal teams.
Lead major incident response, root cause analysis, and executive communications.
Develop operational reports on service performance, availability, capacity, and improvements.
Drive Kaizen initiatives to improve system reliability and production efficiency.
Standardize SOPs and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Lead and mentor the operations support team and foster collaboration.
Partner with manufacturing, quality, maintenance, engineering, and planning teams.
Identify opportunities for automation and business value through technology.
