Job summary

ITG Brands is seeking a seasoned IT/OT Leader for the Greensboro manufacturing facility. The role focuses on technical leadership, governance, and delivering integrated OT/IT solutions across MES, SAP, and cloud platforms.

You will guide architecture, manage complex integrations, and escalate high-severity incidents while mentoring teams and aligning with MOT standards. Expect on-site collaboration with manufacturing and IT operations teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years IT experience with manufacturing/OT exposure.
• Leadership in solution design, governance, and service delivery for complex systems.
• Hands-on with SCADA/PLC integrations, SQL Server, Windows Server; legacy and modern stacks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical lead for OT/IT/cloud solutions and define design standards.
• Own complex integrations and guide technical decisions across systems.
• Define baselines, patterns, and guidelines; review vendor deliverables.
• Serve as final escalation point for high severity incidents and outages.
• Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee IT service delivery for plant systems using ITIL practices.
• Establish monitoring, maintenance, and hardening standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional incident response across departments.
• Mentor analysts and partners on technical approaches (no direct people mgmt).
• Translate requirements into specs and acceptance criteria.
• Lead deployment and stabilization of new or upgraded plant systems.
• Participate as technical authority in projects; ensure scalability and supportability.
• Support modernization across legacy to cloud platforms.
