Job summary

RTX's cybersecurity team in Aurora, Colorado seeks an Information System Security Officer (ISSO) to ensure compliance with RMF/JSIG/NISPOM and support security program activities onsite. You will develop security plans, conduct audits, and deliver awareness training while collaborating with the ISSM, program personnel, and government representatives.

A University degree and 2+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• University degree or advanced degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of relevant cybersecurity experience.
• Experience with RMF, DAAPM, JSIG, NISPOM, and related regulations.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure system compliance, auditing, security plan development.
• Deliver information systems security education and awareness.
• Collaborate with security, program personnel and government representatives.
