You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, monitor stock levels, and drive solution adoption while maintaining 6S standards and logging activities in Salesforce. The position requires travel up to 10% and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in telephone sales, outside sales, storeroom/inventory management, or customer service.
• Knowledge of technical customer solutions.
• Excellent customer service and sales skills.

Responsabilités

• Manage MSC ControlPoint Solutions, including VMI, vending, and storeroom programs.
• Perform ordering, product put-away, and inventory optimization.
• Promote MSC customer loyalty through solution support.
