• Understand MSC solutions, products and services.

Responsibilities

• Manage MSC ControlPoint Solutions (VMI, vending, storeroom).
• Order, put-away, and optimize inventory.
• Support client loyalty via CARE program and on-site engagement.
• Maintain 6S standards across equipment and areas.
• Log activities in Salesforce and monitor stock levels.
• Restock products and ensure timely deliveries.
• Collaborate with account teams for satisfaction and growth.
• Lead maintenance of vending solution equipment.
